CANCELLATION POLICY
At LBG Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. We value our students' time and our instructors' availability. To ensure a smooth learning experience for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Rescheduling: We encourage our students to provide us with as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule their training. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to accommodate any changes. Rescheduling within this timeframe allows us to adjust our schedules and ensure availability for alternative dates. After this time line results in rescheduling not being a option without another payment.

2. Cancellation: In the event that a student must cancel their training, we understand that sometimes it may be unavoidable. However, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other students who may be on a waiting list or seeking last-minute opportunities.

3. No-shows and Late Cancellations: Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or not showing up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the appointment and will unfortunately result in loss of full payment and deposit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By doing so, you help us maintain an efficient schedule, accommodate all students' needs, and ensure a positive learning experience for everyone.
